Section (A) has definitions of (B), (C) & (D) if you opt to read only a subset of the Contract. Refunds will be granted up to 7 days (168 hours) after the initial payment. Refunds must be request via the back office manager from the cancel menu. Accounts can be renewed at any time and the additional purchased duration will be added to any remaining duration on your account. DM3 does not provide a guarantee of the up time of this service. The System is backed up on a regular basis. In the event of a fatal server failure the backup will be used to recover the System.
